The AJ-UARTBRIDGE device is a module for integrating Ajax devices (motion detectors, magnetic contacts, remote controls, etc.) with smart home systems via UART interface. Up to 85 Ajax devices can be added wirelessly to this module thanks to the Jeweler 868 MHz radio protocol. For communication with the third-party panel, communication takes place via the UART interface, through which information from Ajax devices are sent to the system.

The communication between the AJ-UARTBRIDGE module and the Ajax devices has a range of up to 2 kilometers in free field conditions.
