Outdoor wireless device for long distance connections compatible with the 802.11 a/n standard which allows a transmission speed of up to 300 Mbps.

The ENS500EXT is ideal for wirelessly connecting cameras and NVRs, because it can operate in both the 5.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands avoiding the usual 2.4GHz band that is highly saturated due to interference. Its dual 5 dBi omnidirectional outdoor antenna, MIMO technology (2 transmitters/2 receptors) and maximum transmission power of 26 dBm (configurable) allow you to connect cameras over several kilometers (the maximum distance depends on the specific environment). The 5 dBi gain antenna has an omnidirectional radiation pattern that allows the connection of devices in a 360º environment.

With an IP65 degree of protection and an operating temperature range of -20 to 70ºC, it can work outdoors in the most inhospitable conditions.

The ENS500EXT is able to operate both in access point mode and in client mode, therefore with one type of device the complete and secure wireless network can be designed thanks to the various mechanisms available: WEP, WAP, WAP2 encryption, 802.1x authentication, Stealth SSID and allowed MAC address list. It supports "point to point" and "point to multipoint" working mode.

The web configuration interface, two Ethernet connectors included, the PoE injector and the LEDs it is equipped with to indicate the level of the received signal, make it really quick and easy to implement.
